Kevin

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

My husband, Kevin, LOVES sports. I would be surprised if he could go one day without checking mlive or cbssports.

I would say his most watched sports are football, basketball and baseball. I have to admit, he got into baseball because of my family. We are HUGE Detroit Tigers fans! He started watching them in 2007 and has become more in love than I have!

He also is a college basketball and football fan. In the great state of Michigan, if you don't choose between Michigan and Michigan State, you'll be looked at funny. Until I met Kevin, I did not have a side. He is a pretty big Michigan State fan and I therefore have become a fan as well.

Here is a picture post Big Ten Network 5k that he ran recently

He is also a Detroit Lions fan. Until recently, I don't know if you could necessarily say he was a proud Lions fan (probably worst team in a football a couple years ago). This is one sport I cannot watch with him. (If I don't know the name of a few players, I lose interest quickly)

Kevin also loves to restore and show antique tractors. His most recent venture is antique lawn tractors. He has at least a 50 year old push mower that he was using to mow the lawn (was his grandpa's). Last summer he purchased a non-functioning antique riding lawn tractor knowing that his grandpa owned a similar one growing up. He did his handyman, hardworking magic (took the engine out of his grandpa's and moved it to his recently purchased) and voila! We have a working riding lawn tractor. Pro: lawn tractor came with a snow-blower! Con: lawn tractor did not have a mower deck!

Fast forward to summer 2012: he purchases another identical antique lawn tractor that has a mower deck. This is also a non-functioning law tractor. He does more handyman, hardworking magic and voila! We have a working lawn tractor with a mower deck! I now have one happy husband when it comes time to mow the lawn ;)

It may not be the prettiest, but it works very nicely for its age :) (and the hubby is happy!)

Here are a few pictures of his antique tractors.

This one is pretty awesome! Not many people can say that they drove an antique tractor across the Mackinac Bridge!!!

What else is there about my handsome husband? Hmmm...he LOVES his 'puppy' as he likes to call our St. Bernard, Teddy.

See what I mean?

Well, I think that is enough for now (but I will be adding more later!)
